      Pros

      Excellent fringe benefits package A lot of very good people to work with Lots of very high-profile clients in growing industries Company is successful and growing

      Cons

      The job can turn out to be something completely different from what you were expecting, sometimes astonishingly so. Processes are often redundant and seem to exist for their own sake without delivering any real value. Employees can get moved from one project or account to another at the drop of a hat and without being consulted first.

      Pros

      Good training program. You must enjoy an extremely fast paced environment and answering calls all day long. Supportive supervisors when needed. Supportive co-workers when needed.

      Cons

      Miscommunication between co-workers with client reps not properly recording notes in the system causing mishaps with customers. Extremely fast paced. No privacy whatsoever! Everybody wants to know your business! Some young supervisors to haughty for their own good and immature. Get ready to answer at least 100 calls or more per hour. Extremely boring.
