      Pros

      Secure job, options (in my country anyway) to move all around the business. Management on a local level are willing to listen and take action. UK Management are enlightened and are becoming better at showing appreciation to associates. Happy to fund training to develop associates.

      Cons

      Speed of change, the ADP way of doing things can make it hard for change to happen in a quick way. Lack of flexibility about working from home.

      Very Secure Company, overall nice culture, amazing MD, but bears non performers.

      > Secure > No Pressure work environment (overall). > Lot of importance given to employees and their families as well. > Energy of MD flows through the entire organization. > Good packages at low levels some some employees. > Best service model. > Mostly satisfied employees. > Good Increments and bonus to some employees.

      Cons

      > Highly non-transparent. > No monthly incentive. > Very high difference between salary of employees working at same levels. > Very slow growth. > High discrimination between employees. > Bad Support services. > Worst Cafeteria.
