      Pros

      Good Management, genuinly care about you. Strong incentives for customers to buy your product and a truely excellent product. Great culture, great first job out of college, fun environment. I enjoyed working there but needed to make more money elsewhere. Also, I didn't want to go into management there although they have an EXCELLENT managment and leadership training program.

      Cons

      Selling a commodity. Opportunities given to favorites. (I can say that because I was one). Turn and burn sales cycle. A "what have you done for me lately" mentality. Hard to stay on longterm because you feel like you are working with young kids right out of college.

      1. Very good work life balance 2. Decent hikes every year, even in downturn. 3. For good performers, pays more than what is agreed with you in offer letter. 4. Employee friendly. 5. Good for people who want to retire.

      Cons

      1. No long term onsite. 2. For 6 weeks onsite, 6 months bond. 3. In some teams, work can't be enjoyed or interesting.

      Not much room for career growth unless you were a salesperson
