      *Benefits *Flexible schedule can be worked out with manager *Training classes - min. 40 hrs required yearly *On Site medical office - no down time or costs for associates

      Cons

      *Two big re-org's in the last 3 years *Work moving overseas to India, China, and the Philippines *Great base salary, however annual raises based on PA's are low *Need to walk on water for promotion *Poor communication between business units *Training not consistent within departments *Favoritism

      Pros

      ADP has a geat compnay culture and top notch associates. It's challenging and fast paced- the opportunity is there if you work hard and earn it...There are some great minds here!

      Cons

      You do really have to seize your moments to shine and excel which often trequires work/life balance to take a back seat...but in the end it has always paid off and its not constant. There is a definite busy season

      TotalSource/ADP resource doesnt follow the larger ADP rules/policy- they are HORRIBLE to their employees Downsizing in certain depts removed talent tenured people Open door policy is for namesake only- beware if there is a problem you are on your own Boasting about quarterly profits is tasteless if you have let go over 50% of a dept
