      Pros

      I always can get time off when needed for any family emergency or just needing a brain break. Benefits are okay but pricey...I am on my husbands plan with another company because of this.

      Cons

      Minimal communication with organization changes. Usually I find out about them through the grapevine before they are formally announced. Implementation is completely overworked and underappreciated.

      Great atmosphere, very professional and respectful management. Really great place to work. Benifits are good, it's a big company so they have a lot to offer like, tuition assistance, and lots of training.

      Cons

      Too much structure can also be a bad thing. Everything is looked it and everything has to be done in a very specific way.
