Pros
flexible, friendly environment, casual, great experience, good to have the name on your resume, fortune 500 company, sometimes the ability to work from home.
Cons
the pay is sometimes not comparable to other people working at the same level as you are even though you work more efficiently and have a better work ethic but mostly because they've been there longer than you have been. it's good to come here and gain the experience but i've noticed that if you stay for more than 5 years, your pay increases don't move up proportionally to the number of years that you have served. it's hard to get promotions, you have to ask for them or threaten to leave in order to get more money. you do the same tasks over and over again and the job description becomes less challenging. very steep learning curve in the first year.
