      DVP (AF) does not care about her employees. only cares about sales. is not supportive and will belittle and degrade someone when posed with a question. She provides zero help

      Pros

      Fortune 300, so it looks good on your resume and it has good benefits.

      Cons

      You either have to prospect like crazy, or be very well connected to succeed. Prospecting can only get you so far in this company. If you have a bad terrority and a clueless manager, then just hang in there for at least a year so that you can add it to your resume. Those that "bring in the most numbers", aren't necessary the most ethical ones, or the most hard working. Consider this company a resume builder.

      Pros

      Fair hiring process, many opportunities for career paths, mobility, different divisions,etc. Excellent benefots including medical, dental, leaves, 401k, stock, health fsa, tuition reimbursement, training. Too many to mention!

      Cons

      salary increases happen but were not a lot!
