      Tough sales job...but rewarding when you succeed.

      Pros

      As a sales person, this is a great company because it is very sales focused and you can learn a lot to be a hunter.

      Cons

      This is not a 40 hour a week job, it is very demanding. If you can make it through the first year (on quota) you should be fine.

      Pros

      I am so pleased to work for ADP. My career is advancing at a fast pace, I learn something new everyday and I really enjoy coming to work everyday. Life is good!

      Cons

      A possible con would be a very heavy workload, but that seems to be par for the course. Expectations were set during the interview process.

      Pros

      Plenty of opportunity for advancement. ADP practices what it preaches and truly values the people, which is what makes it such a great place to work

      Cons

      In the past, the different business units were "siloed", which allowed talent to slip through the cracks. In the past 4 years, ADP has addressed the issue and the different business units are working as "One ADP" which has allowed for successfull succession planning and Talent Management
