The only pro to the job is the exit opportunities if you can stay for a year.

One of the most toxic work environments I’ve ever experienced. Sales numbers and meetings set on a board every Friday and you have to stand up and declare what you have or don’t not have. Horrible. Management are fake and really don’t care about your success, they just care that you produce. Which is to be expected to some extent but it’s wild how you get exiled if you speak the truth or end up quitting. Horrible pay and commission is seriously not worth it.
