Pros
Good work-life balance, good flexibility to choose initiatives to focus on, Leadership listens to feedback (changes can happen fast on an operational level), good rework on leaves in recent years which makes it one of the best in the industry, things like proactive vaccination drives for self and family are good initiatives (win-win for company and employees)
Cons
Company moves slower than market on talent retention standards, night shift allowance below market standards for a long time, hike ranges tend to have low standard deviation ( difference of hikes between top performer and mid performer can be just 5-7% and bonus difference of just 10-15%) , which is kind of ironic for a HR product and services company. The cherry on top is a 3 month notice period which is enforced most of the times, which seems a disingenuous way of holding on to talent.
