ADP - Employee Friendly but not Management

Pros

ADP is a beautiful company to work in,it's very employee friendly,provides perks that are unheard of this industry & goes out of the way to make employees comfortable

Cons

It's a good company provided you are working in the right domain & the right process. The operations HR team is pretty useless because if an issue crops up they are extremely slow in response & after a lot of reminders they would take some step which would prolong for long without any conclusion.
