Pros

You will learn new skills Co Workers are awesome Exposure to how a large company works Pay competitive with market

Cons

obvious plans to offshore work to the Philippines, India and low cost centers like El Paso and Augusta. Cheap, Cheap and Cheap. They will give you more work than you can do, then rip on you when you work overtime

Pros

Good employees can rise quickly within the ranks. High profile clients lead to great experiences. Lots of cooperation between employees in the trenches.

Cons

Employee headcount shrinkage causing remaining employees to be overworked and not have enough time to service clients well Restructure of Bonus plan removed travel differentials and shrunk bonuses. Abuse by Sr Management of Resource Managers, Implementation Managers and Project Managers eventually trickles down to the rank and file. Not sympathetic to health issues that could be caused by increased workload and travel demands.
