      - Huge company; - Opportunity to work with the US partners - Good work environment (wihtin the team) - Good benefits

      Cons

      - Two different managers can bring some stress to people - ADP Brazil is a whole different organization from ADP US so different policies apply. - Hard to get promoted or to get a raise
