Poor vision, focused on reduction in staff numbers based on estimated drop in clients/work related to clients. Example: estimated drop of 10% in work for the year which meant 10% reduction in staff a a result, makes sense until you factor that they were not meeting client SLAs at the current staff so a further reduction meant continuing to miss the mark for clients and short term thinking, reduce staff to meet fiscal YE in June just to scramble to hire July and August.
