The Stats stress you out. The stars system is competitive which means someone is always in the bottom. If you stay one star for 3 months they will fire you even ic you are showing big improvement if everybody else is higher than you that means nothing. They would also give you mandatory overtime that you couldnt deny. They seem nice at first but are very stricked they count how many bathroom breaks you have in a month and you can get introuble for having a bathroom vreak everyday. They just want you flying through the calls nothing more. I also hated there sediment score that this program scanned your call to see how nice you are. My problem is it read pitch bug I have a deep baritone and I cant help that.
