Nice place to start carrer

Pros

Company did well at keeping morale up during busy times. Decent health benefits. Also good stock options.

Cons

Had to stare at cubicle 8 to 10 hours a days. Long time on the phones(but that was the job).

Many in management don't care about the environment or their workers, just their numbers Micromanaged until you can't even use the rest room Payment system is extremely unfair Paid for Performance Guidelines often unobtainable through fair and ethical practices
