Pros

Learning, flexible, managers/leads with good technical understanding , free snacks :) in india office. atmosphere is positive and welcoming. Colleagues are nice and helping for a new recruit.

Cons

There are plans of further improvements and policies, but are been under taken with snails pace from higher management due to new establishment in India Office. No re-creation (Indoor) facility as yet.

Pros

Family atmosphere. While there is some stress to get the job done, employee-employee and employee-management relations could not be better. Very enjoyable work environment. Very talented engineering team, everyone pulls their share. Management is conservative (long history of profitability) and accessible. Traditionally low turnover. Excellent facilities.

Cons

Growth has slowed compared to 10 years ago and the workforce is still relatively young making promotion opportunities hard to come by. Benefits aren't bad, but for a company that prides itself on hiring the "best & brightest", overall compensation is a little low.
