Pros

Work environment is good. There is scope for career growth. Good work life balance. Good development work. Can interact with teams from multiple countries increasing exposure.

Cons

Lower salary range compared to other competitors. No stock option. Technology is old so need to upskill and update yourself on the side.

Pros

Fairly positive culture, Good benefits.

Cons

It's now 2 merged companies and still sorting out the culture. The European company is better managed but has a weird set of tools. The American side messed up inventories and everyone took a pay cut, but they use a much more industry standard set of tools.

Not much to say here.

Cons

Former company was bought by Adtran. Over the next couple of years all of us were dropped from the rolls. Only a couple of our west coast team remain after three years (started with 20 some). They started with the older employees replacing them with interns using AI.
