Easy due to slow pace, old tech, old processes.

Cons

The company and its leadership team seem to be living and operating about a decade in the past, constantly chasing their competitors rather than innovating. Processes, technologies, salaries, market adoption, etc., are all about a decade behind. The company shows a preference for employees local to Alabama and appears intolerant of their remote offices and employees. Company has been in a downward spiral for the last 3-5 years with repeated mass layoffs.
