Work/ Life balance is amazing. This is one way ADTRAN keeps its employees happy, Happy employees= happy customers., it does make a difference . The ability to have a a great career at a great company is a great balance. #GLADTRAN The people I work with are very bright caring team members. We are doing great things at ADTRAN and more to come. Management is moving in the right direction.
