Good and helpful peers, nice gym on campus, the area is beautiful with lots of windowed areas

Cons

The leadership cabal has no idea what they're doing, and they're stuck in old ways of thinking. Constantly chasing Tier 1 customers who never purchase our products instead of expanding other customer bases. Never want to spend money to do a job properly. There is a huge cultural problem with parts of the company as well. Many heavily resist modern workflows in R&D. All of these things have led to a tremendous brain drain within R&D.
