Pros

Collaborative work environment and very smart peers. They also have a great campus and awesome co-op program for college students. Benefits are pretty good.

Cons

Can be difficult to move up, especially if you're any good at being an engineer. They try do agile, but don't poorly. There is a very thick grapevine and the rumor mill is constantly running. This makes it hard to really know what information you can trust. Pay is not competitive with other companies in the area.
