Pros

Pay is every week & due to inclement weather you will have to work the whole week but at least the check will be good.

Cons

For example if your scheduled to work Sunday - Wednesday, You will have to work Thursday- Saturday. The top manager of the location in HR area she never gives employees incentives for working on mandatory days & holidays. When the last manager was there he gave employees $100 incentives all the time for coming in on Weekends, holidays & mandatory days. Not everyone is the same, some just prefer to keep that in their pockets.
