The people you work with make the difference in this company. The company does a great job retaining highly intelligent people with tons of years of experience. I'm always challenged but never pressured, of that makes sense.

Cons

Work from home policy was axed after COVID-19 started to die down. The went in favor for a work from home/office hybrid. Honestly, it's not that bad if you don't mind going into a half empty office.
