Flexible Schedule, Weekly Pay, Opportunity to earn more with Incentives

Cons

Favoritism is heavy, Reduced Hours at Certain points, VERY physically demanding for the base pay, Reaching incentive is literally almost impossible or negligible, you have to literally move as fast as humanly possible for 8 hours straight to make an extra $20 so the morale is generally low.
