ACLC is a place where employees have the ability to learn new skills and grow in their profession--and in the industry. Everyone wears a lot of hats, but everyone on the team is also willing to jump in and help other team members whenever needs. The entire team cares about producing high quality work and taking care of our clients--we take pride in what we do and it shows in our care for each other and the processes we use.
Cons
We work in an industry where there is an ebb and flow of work and pace. It can be challenging and frustrating to go from exceedingly busy to seeking out new work. At the same time--that defines this industry and is not unique to ACLC. It is tough for folks who are new to the industry, but the team steps in and helps each other.
