      - Hire very good people - Strong compensation Structures - Strong Business Model in most COE’s - Committed to Results - Generally strong leadership

      Cons

      - The recruiting COE, when I was there, lacked directional leadership and opportunities for personal development. - A little archaic on the in-office vs. remote/hybrid/flexible times in office policies.

      Putting the needs of their employees first

      Pros

      This is the first company I have worked at where I truly feel valued. The work life balance and diversity programs are outstanding, and the AE Cares days are a great opportunity to impact your community. Very careful with COVID and conscious of employee health/well being. WFH for the entire pandemic. The pay is fair, and the bonus incentives are nice.

      Cons

      The company is small, and change comes slow.
