The interview process was simple and within a couple of weeks I was starting my onboarding training. The great part is that everyone in the management is not only certified in medical coding but they are all nurses and physicians so when in doubt you always have someone you can refer to, and they are so easy to work with compared to other places I worked at. This company oozes medical coding experience and care for the employee and that's mostly why I like working here so much.

I wish I found about AE & Associates much earlier in my career. Great people, sharing their knowledge and experience. Management is helpful and reasonable.
