Fantastic Company to work for. Social side is excellent with lots of activities including sports and Pub socials. Varied age range of staff from grads, post grads and older staff. Good work-life balance with flexible working. Helpful colleagues and guidance given for new starters. Good additional benefits options to choose from including dental and private health care. Overtime and weekend shift work is available which pays very well.
Cons
Wage is below average for the industry, particularly during the first few years of the career. Promotions and wage increase seem to be based on length of time at company. Overtime and weekend shift work is ideal for improving the wages however this doesn't suit everyone and is up to the employee to be available for extra pay.
