Good work-life balance. Work is repetitive, with little interest in making processes more efficient.

Cons

Virtually no opportunities to progress in your career, you get pigeonholed pretty easily. The only way out of this is to leave the company. Working from abroad was strictly prohibited during the COVID pandemic, except for some selected employees for whom rules seem not to apply. This caused great discomfort among the staff.
