Pros

Enjoyed working with coworkers. Good benefits. Time off was good if you were able to find someone to cover your time off.

Cons

Employees responsible for finding a coworker to cover their shift. They are usually short staffed so it's difficult to find someone willing to cover shifts.

Pros

Opportunity for a lot of overtime and paid weekly. Good work experience. Opportunity to network with other individuals.

Cons

There is a ton of micromanagement and repetitiveness that can be annoying. Also things change quite frequently and sometimes contradict what leadership said not to do. Attendance policy sucks you have 12 time to be late or call out then you’re fired. There is no sick leave and for PTO you have to find other employees to cover your shift and if you don’t the leave isn’t approved. Management is all about numbers and show little regard to employee well being. High turnover rate
