Pros

Opportunities to work on multiple projects including healthcare, office's and flats. Really good for young professionals to be out at the heart of projects with key responsibilities. Office is filled with people wanting to help you and communicate with you. This all creates a very proactive and happy atmosphere.

Cons

New starters will do well to put in the extra work at the start. I.E: Brushing up your construction related awareness, extra learning and developing your project management skills, be prepared and take time to be fairly competent in various pm softwares such as Excel. However, hard workers won't see this as a con :)
