AECOM has proven to be an amazing company to be a part of. The commitment to employee safety is head and shoulders above our competitors, I would venture to say may well be the best in the industry. Great pay and unlimited opportunities for growth and advancement.

Cons

None that come to my mind at this time. I would like to see AECOM cover relocation cost or temporary Per Diem for employees.

Cons

Job stability can be dependent on an individual's willingness to relocate to follow the opportunities. As with any industry, book of business fluctuates with the economy.
