Independent work duties and flexible schedules. Yearly out of town conferences for departments. Christmas bonus plus Christmas parties w/project personnel.

Cons

Lack of guidance on corporate policies put in place ions ago. Needs improvement between project management team & corporate procedures.

Plenty of opportunities at AECOM for engineering, architecture and construction management. If you want the stability and benefits that come with working for a large company, AECOM is it. Plenty of training opportunities, excellent benefits package and the chance to travel if that's what you want, or stay local if that's what you are looking for.

Cons

At such a large company, you do have to make your own way sometimes. You can feel like just a number, although AECOM does a good job of working to prevent that.
