Pros

Aecom seems to win and have Interesting projects across the country.

Cons

Horrible management. Poor IT and lacking in technology. It takes months to resolve IT issues and get new software installed. The removal of PTO and accrual of time off has created an unethical environment. There is a lot of pressure for staff to maximize their utilization. Staff are discouraged to bill to overhead and overcharge their hours on projects and will occasionally load up with overtime hours to meet their billable target goals. There is no training and no support from management to encourage growth and independence in your career.
