Aecom do have some interesting projects and contracts in the wider company. The people are generally friendly. They strike a good balance between office and remote work.

Cons

You are unlikely to end up on the good projects, instead being sent out on secondment to entirely unsuitable framework or project deployments. During this time you are on your own, as long as you are earning Aecom money they will ignore you. Yet another consultancy with a layer of ineffective leaders sat in Director roles, missing basic staff management and commercial skills.
