      Pros

      Relatively low stress, medium pace work (Military / Federal Planning Studio), somewhat flexible work schedule, modern (but cramped) workspace, decent computer workstations.

      Cons

      Poor management in regards to recognizing employees strengths, willingness to create learning moments, poor task direction, and general knowledge of planning and design outside of Military/Federal Planning. The management values business as usual, "box checking" approach to planning tasks over creative and innovative solutions, and for the most part are very impersonal and dull. 10/10 would not recommend.

      International Reach is good for the largest company.

      Cons

      Processes are confusing, convoluted, and incomplete. IT issues are horrible. Bust your butt, get an average review and a 2% raise.

      Scale of company provides global opportunities. Aecom has long established operations on 6 continents. Diversified mix of business provides buffers across market sectors. Invests in key systems and tools.

      Cons

      Top management is from the accounting industry. Runs business accordingly. Sr. management is not equipped for the size and scale of the business. Better at selling than executing. Clients or good people don't matter. Only focus is making money.
