People are generally great to work with. Office socials once a month. Help if you want experience in a certain area. Can buy up to 10 more days of annual leave Office is new, goof facilities

Cons

Continuously talk about diversity and LGBTQ+ Talk about how important people are but pay as little as they can get away with. CEO on 5million for his bonus. Benefits aren't great if you don't have a family and you can't sacrifice benefits for more pay. Work 40 hours rather than 37.5 hours. Only 30mins lunch break
