      sponsors clearances can be moved around if positions open up

      benefits are terrible HR is terrible at supporting employees Management is terrible

      Pros

      Decent benefits but not as good as many other companies. Training opportunities are pretty good- if you can get on the right contract you will probably be happy. I think it all depends on who your manager is and mine was very controlling.

      Cons

      Poor management- company large so management loses connection with actual workers- mostly you are a number and they concentrate on money instead of personal growth and diversity (of all kinds).

      Co-workers and the pay isn't bad, but not the best either. I wish we were still the old name before we became AECOM.

      Cons

      Poor management, no advancement and no recognition for most employees.
