Pros

Fantastic opportunities and projects if located in a major international city - can grow and progress very quickly. Great access to an enormous network of people and clients globally.

Cons

Feel for the company and personal experience gained is very much based on the office you are in. In a major international/state office you'll love it and excel as 99% of employees are at the top to their game. The smaller satellite offices however, not so much.
