Great people to work with, flexible hours, exposure to business operations and project controls

Cons

Difficult to see progression, upper management is not well structured and sometimes the decisions taken by the management can bring about a lot of unexpected changes in the management structure, that becomes difficult to cope with in a short span of time.

Big projects are often won so plenty of opportunity to work on the prestige projects. Manchester and Altrincham office are very much based on metrolink.

Cons

Lack of regional senior members means it's hard to have many people to learn from apart from project management. Lack of experience in heavy rail.
