      AECOM pays on-time every time. Just make sure you stay on the list !!!

      An idealistic view of markets has see AECOM change business models to the extent that most clients are unaware of who we are! AECOM has managed to water down our market presence all in the name of some Exec' managements idea of "what" we should look like? Leaving our market share and employee base confused and somewhat bewildered by AECOM's pitiful attempt to "know our market"...............

      Decent benefits but not much else.

      Cons

      Took 2 years to get minimum pay for position. Constant change of management. Management let the work run out and the original company I worked for that they'd purchased went from 230 to 20 employees over the course of 4 years. Last I heard, it's even lower now after employees were told they'd be moved to an established office.
