Business Outlook
Pros
AECOM has had many great things happening for them over the years. They gave me freedom and space to grow and I was able to learn a lot. Managers in the IT dept gave me the freedom to get the job done. I was able to move from office to office and gain a lot of experience.
Cons
After the IPO things went down hill and a bunch of managers were brought in that didn't seem to care about making things happen. All they cared about was making their managers happy. It didn't happen right away but as the One AECOM came around all the flavor that the independent operating companies brought was gone. The biggest changes happen once Earth Tech was purchased because it made AECOM too big.
