AECOM reviews

I have been working in AECOM for 10 years and its like a hell now. The other companies before they merge to AECOM worked well and treated to its employees very well. But soon after merged to AECOM, then started to illtreat to employees, no increment, employee discrimination, terminate the best employees who has more than 10 years experience in the company but to no any reason. I know most of employees in AECOM are now hate the company...the higher management consider only their income, not the employees. They just terminate employees without considering their values because they think that because of their name they can hire new employees.
