      Pros

      AECOM has a great corporate team philosophy and excellent communication with their workforce. Strong support from management and the leadership team is noted and a culture of training and mentorship exists.

      Cons

      The challenge exists for smaller companies that have been bought up by AECOM or URS/Flint. While AECOM is primarily an engineering firm, not all the companies that they have bought up are involved in engineering.

      Good opportunities to broaden capabilities. Strong focus on Diversity and Inclusion. Management has a positive outlook for growth and expansion into new markets.

      Cons

      Business seems to be struggling with the adoption of full flexibility with different/unclear expectations among employees and management. Constant threat of redundancy.
