- Management is closed minded - The emplyees are not encoraged to speak their mind, on the contrary - Every small mistake someone does is pointed out and it creates a state of stress

I am a Muslim. As I am writing this, it is during the Holy month of Ramadan (which is a fasting month), and even though an email was sent to all staff stating that they were not supposed to eat in front of us, a person keeps on eating in front of the Muslims and no one from either the employees or the managers seems to say anything to that person. The problem is that since this action is unhandled other people are starting to do the same, which is very insensitive since the company is located in a country where the locals are Muslims as well as many of the people working in the company. These people should have some respect for our Religion.
