      Great network, diverse culture, diverse and large projects.

      Cons

      Times are tough during financial times and it is at this moment that AECOM's true colours are shown. Meaning, that when there is a project which has plenty of money, then it becomes a pleasure to work in a project. However, when money is tight, overwork becomes the norm, which leads to feelings of under-appreciation and exploitation.
