Pros
Aecom is quite supportive to its Employees in all ways, for example gives time to individual tp resolve personnel problems. Gives salary on time. Encourages to implement new Technology.
Cons
Staff does not get enough timely information regarding the changes going to happen in organization like change in location of work i.e Domestic or International Projects. AECOM has no policy for giving the best opportunity to it's Employee because of personnel interest of some leaders as they are focused on their role and does not think for its staff tand AECOM at Global level.
