      Quality conscious company, Safety a priority. AECOM is one of the leading engineering company in the construction Industry.

      Cons

      In construction projects, in the role of project management/ supervision.the number of NCR's (Number of non-conformance reports) is the standard for quality check. the less the # of NCR's the quality is good. Technologists should not be "Qa/ QC.manager,( Quality Managers)

      The main reason is that AECOM is a company where each employee has opportunity to grow fast, however it depends on the employees willing for furture development

      Cons

      Beside a lot of advantages working at AECOM i myself as an employee do not have enough time for my personal things, however still it is more or less acceptable for me due to opportunity for my career development while awaiting that my hard work will be apprciated and considered in my career development
