      1. World renowned consultancy company 2. Employment mostly on permanent nature 3. Goodwill in the market for high calibre employees 4. Remuneration offered to the employees is fairly good

      1. Employee competency measuring tools should be more effective. 2. Employees' annual benefits should be fairly judged effectively and adequately compensated.

      Here you have the opportunity to put your hands on the world's most famous buildings which you will be proud to be part of the team building it. Also for the young and ambitious who wants experience to work in other parts of the world, there will be opportunity as projects comes from different part of the world here in AECOM.

      Again, in a company of this size, employee might feel like just a number and unless you fight for your own opportunity and career perspective, otherwise you might be doing the same chores for the next many years.
